Proof Copy In Print

After some surprises from both Ingram and Amazon related to the less-common trim size of the book (7.5” x 9.25”), we finally have a digital proof that checks out, and I’ve ordered the first author copy to look it over. I’m expecting to receive it in about a week to ten days. If it looks good I’ll order advance reader copies.
